Shipping Information
All orders are processed and shipped on business days (Monday-Friday). Orders may take from 1 to 4 business days to process before shipment. Customers located within the continental U.S. (48 contiguous states) will see their total shipping charges while using our secure checkout system. We offer economical UPS Ground delivery service. If you need your order fast, you can have it shipped by UPS third, second, or next day air service. Heavy or oversized items are shipped by common carrier and usually need 1-2 extra days for routing. When you fill out our on-line order form, simply select your preferred shipping method. Shipping costs for ground, 3 day air service, 2 day air service, or next day air service under 150 lbs will be automatically totaled and displayed for your convenience. The final shipping charges for ground or any express service for orders containing an item weighing over 150 lbs will be e-mailed to you along with the adjusted order total. We do ship anywhere in North America although not all products can be shipped outside of the United Sates depending on restrictions of customs agencies, the makeup of the product or it's size and weight. International customers and those located outside the continental U.S. (48 contiguous states) will be contacted with their delivery times and charges. Depending on your country of residence, there may be additional taxes or duties added to your order that aren't reflected in our pricing. Contact your local Customs office for those charges. Additionally, some countries may charge an extra handling fee within that country.

Return Policy
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to order the correct parts or accessories. We provide as much information as possible to help you order the correct items. For example, most items have part numbers, pictures, and descriptions to help you select the correct part. If you are not sure, call our customer service number at (800) 246-4785 (Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM ET) for help.

Customers may return any new or unused part to us within 30 days of the original ship date. Items can only be returned if they are in their brand-new, original, resalable condition (including: packaging, manuals, warranties, accessories, security seals, etc.). We'll refund the full purchase price and applicable taxes, not including shipping and handling charges. If you have paid by credit card, the card will be credited. If you have paid by check or money order, a refund check will be mailed to you. You must call us at (800) 246-4785 (Monday-Friday 8:30AM-5:30PM ET) before making a return or by sending us a Fax with a list of items to be returned, along with a copy of the original order invoice(s), to (540) 982-3855.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping to return an item to us. Although our inspection and quality assurance process greatly minimizes the chance that a product will be shippied in defective condition, we will pay the return shipping for a defective item as well as the shipping charges for the replacement item (if a replacement item is available). You must notify us immediately if an item is defective. Once we have made arrangemets for shipping the defective item back to us, we will contact you with the return shipping information along with further instructions.

All items purchased from Robert Young's Auto & Truck, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. If your product has been damaged in shipment, please notify the shipping company immediately with your shipment tracking number and inform them that the shipment was damaged or make the delivery driver aware of this during the process of delivery. Remember, it is your responsibility to note any shortages or product damage before signing the delivery receipt. We ship most items by UPS and they can be contacted at (800) 742-5877. After informing the shipper of the damaged shipment, contact us and we will process a claim on your behalf.
